Since 1992, this family vineyard has been a pioneer in biodynamics, long
before this innovative approach became a reference.
Here, the soil
breathes, the vines flourish, and each bunch carries within it the
history of a land cultivated with respect and passion.
It
all started with Thérèse and Alain Réaut, two lovers of nature and
authentic wines. At a time when biodynamics was only a marginal idea,
they made the bold choice to convert their estate to biodynamics.
Guided
by a clear and avant-garde vision, they put the earth back at the
center of everything, listening to its needs, its cycles, and responding
with care and precision. This respect for the terroir, this love for
the living earth, has given birth to champagnes where each bubble tells a
